Parallel to the successful renovation of Ritz-Carlton, Berlin; the new identity of the hotel’s main restaurant POTS, is a visual revival of the Weinmar culture embedded in Potsdamer Platz. With clues to art deco, the new aesthetic links back to the new hotel’s interior.

Undertaking a full renovation, Ritz-Carlton Berlin decided to pay a tribute to the roaring 20s. With the update of five in-house outlets, POTS restaurant covers the biggest area, and is the main restaurant of the hotel. Celebrated Chef and Patron, Dieter Müller and Chef de Cuisine, Christopher Kujanski introduce an innovative german culinary experience.
